Abstract |
Background. Professional intuition in management refers, on the one hand, to the category of innovative tools, the method of solving problems through one-stage subconscious withdrawal, on the other hand, is one of the least understandable phenomena, a
mystery for most psychologists and managers. The purpose of this study is to study the methods of developing intuition in the current economic conditions.
Materials and methods. The methodological basis is general scientific and classical methods of individual branches of knowledge, a dialectical method of cognition. To solve these problems, general scientific methods were used as a tool: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, analogy, classification, historical and logical analysis. In order to study the concept of «intuition», the methods of grouping and comparison were used in the work. The application of these methods provides a sufficient level of reliability and reliability of the results obtained and allows the most complete implementation of the solution of the tasks.
Results. The scientific views on the concept of «intuition» of various scientists and practitioners are analyzed in the article, the numerous components of the studied concept are defined: increase in the profitability of the projects being developed, quality and anticipation of global force majeure socio-economic risks, generation of creative ideas, a correlation of intuition with
rational knowledge is revealed.
Conclusions. Developing the manager's ability to be creative, think on the fly and make important business decisions in a short time among a large flow of external information allows you to act on the lead, develop innovative ideas, successfully interact without collecting a huge amount of data and take quality and effective managerial solutions.
